CMEC-GL distributed PV power generation projects in Xinwu District, Wuxi

3.3MW distributed PV power generation project for Victor

  The project is located in Wuxi Victor Group Co., Ltd., Xinwu District, Wuxi. It makes full use of existing roofs of the factory buildings and covers a total roof area of 22353㎡ .The installed capacity is 3.3MW with a total investment of RMB26.70 million. It was successfully grid-tied in March 2014 with annual average power production of about 2.9 million kwhs. It can reduce the emission of 2900 ton carbon dioxide(CO2), 87 ton sulfur dioxide (SO2) and save 1160 ton coal for power generation.

   The project uses color steel tile roof as PV carrier and adopts centralized tile installation mode. It is equipped innovatively with a smart power monitoring system to realize the digitization and intelligence of the power station monitoring.

    The completion of Victor project can be said to be the roof-mounted single distributed PV power system with the largest capacity of its kind in Wuxi. It is also the first Wuxi project with medium voltage grid tie connected to user’s high voltage transformers and the first successful case of user’s transformer reconstruction while establishing the first level regional power distribution relationship with a city.

 

1MW distributed PV power generation project for Longi Silicon

    The project is located in Wuxi Longi Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. in Xinwu District Wuxi and uses the 12000 ㎡ color steel tile roof of the company’s warehouse. The installed capacity is 1.04MW with a total investment of RMB7.95 million. It was connected to the grid and generated power in May 2015. Its self-utilization ratio of the self-generating power reaches 90%. With average annual power production of 0.88 million kwhs, it can reduce the emission of 880 ton carbon dioxide(CO2), 26.4 ton sulfur dioxide (SO2) and save 352 ton coal for power generation.

    The project is a pilot one to use high-efficiency components and monocrystalline materials.It not only brings additional income to the enterprise but also exerts positive influence on the enhancement of local energy structure.

 

 

0.53MW distributed PV power generation demonstration project for Wuxi MEMS Innovation Park 

    The project is located on the roof of Building E2,D2 and B in the China Sensor Network International Innovation Park of Wuxi Taihu Technology Park. With the concrete roof as PV carrier, it covers an area of 9000. The installed capacity is 533.48KW with a total investment of RMB4.27 million. The project adopts 20kW string type installation and low voltage grid connection. Its self-utilization ratio of the self-generating power reaches 70% with average annual power production of 0.51 million kwhs.It can reduce the emission of 510 ton carbon dioxide(CO2), 15.3 ton sulfur dioxide(SO2) and save 204 ton coal for power generation.

    The project is a CMEC-GL’s pilot project specially developed and designed for the technology park and centralized office buildings as well a pilot project of actual measurement and calculation of shadows made by the dip angle arrangement of PV panels on the roof. It not only brings additional income to the enterprises but also exerts positive influence on the enhancement of local energy structure.

 

 

 

0.13MW distributed PV power generation project for Hi-tech Water Affairs

    The project is located in Xincheng Water Treatment Plant of Wuxi High-tech Water Affairs Co.,Ltd.in Xinwu District,Wuxi. It makes use of the shed of the phase III MBR water treatment equipment room of Xincheng Water Treatment Plant to establish a PV power station covering an area of 1475 ㎡.The total installed capacity is 128.52KW with average annual power production of 0.107 million kwhs. It can reduce the emissions of 107 ton carbon dioxide(CO2), 3.21 ton sulfur dioxide (SO2) and save 42.8 ton coal for power generation.

   The power generation method of this project is self-utilization of self-generating power. It is a CMEC-GLs pilot project with steel structure construction for various wastewater pools. The project fully uses the PV project construction carriers to build a small power station over the wastewater pool. It makes full use of existing resources and has a positive influence on local environment.

0.51`MW PV power generation project for University Technology Park

    This project is located in Wuxi University Technology Park. It uses the 9372 concrete roof of office and teaching buildings for the installed capacity of 510KW with a total investment of RMB4.80 million. The project adopts 20kW string type installation and low voltage grid connection. Its self-utilization ratio of the self-generating power reaches 70% with average annual power production of 0.49 million kwhs.It can reduce the emissions of 490 ton carbon dioxide(CO2), 14.7 ton sulfur dioxide (SO2) and save 196 ton coal for power generation.

    The project is CMEC-GLs pilot demonstration project specially developed and designed for university towns and campus office building. The success of the project plays a positive role to enhance Wuxis natural environment and energy structure.
